目前情况显示,住房成本是导致7月份通胀上升的最主要原因。然而,一旦指标开始反映出租金价格的下降,通胀的速度可能会迅速放缓。7月份消费者价格指数(CPI)中,住房部分的价格涨了0.4%。这部分占了CPI指数的三分之一,根据每年的涨幅计算,该指数在7月份增长了7.7%。这导致7月份整体通胀上涨了0.2%。但随着租金价格开始下降,住房价格的上涨也可能会减缓,这意味着未来几个月可能不会再增长。
